My SMILE Says Yes

Month of the Military Child Scholarship Recipients

April, 2025

April is Month of the Military Child, which is a time to applaud military families and their children for the daily sacrifices and the challenges they overcome. DOCS Dental wants to celebrate by highlighting stellar children from military communities that are exercising good values and giving them a reason to smile.

Campbell has attended Lakes High School in Lakewood, WA, and Killeen High School in Killeen, TX, where she will graduate with honors in May 2025. She has earned a varsity letter in Track & Field and coached gymnastics while training at an advanced level. This fall, Campbell will be attending the University of Alabama to continue her education and further pursue her career goals.

An active volunteer, Campbell, has contributed over numerous hours to organizations like Child Youth Services, the USO, and a Soldier and Family Readiness group. She is passionate about giving back to her community and values her involvement in church youth groups and Bible studies. Campbell’s core strengths include leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and multitasking in high-pressure environments. She is a great representation of the military community.

Elise Jones

Fort Sam Houston

Elise Jones is a 17-year-old senior at Randolph High School in Texas, having attended seven schools across the U.S. due to her military family background.
